Im a commercial roofer and yesterday i had to het off the roof noticed weekness fatigue and naseousness. Went down for bout hour and a half. Thought i was alright but another half hour after that had to call it a day. Came home went to sleep. Woke up still cramping still naseous should i see a doctor. And ive always worked in the heat and this just happened out of nowhere. What should i do?

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query anxiety disorder , panic attack , peptic ulcer , heart rhythm disorder , gastric disorder , allergic reaction or anemia. Do meditation or light exercises daily which will help alot. I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper diagnosis . Doctor will take history. Doctor may prescribe antiallergic drug along with antiemetic . Doctor may refer you to cardiologist in case of cardiac disorder . Eat lost of fruits and vegetables for mineral and vitamins , also drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
