Good morning sir. Iam feeling very tired and sleepy every time and faint most often after doing a simple job. My energy levels are too low to have busy running life. I too have a heavy dizziness and head ache often. And when check my bp it s always constant at 100/70, 106/73. Is my bp low? If not then what steps should I take to recover myself

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The low limit of blood pressure values is 90/60. Since your values are above this , they would not be considered to be low.
Your values are normal for you.

The lack of energy would have to be related to other causes such as (1) infection (2) insomnia (3) anemia (4)low levels of thyroid hormone (5)other chronic illnesses such as heart, kidney or liver disease

Blood tests would be needed to find out if any of these are present. Bloods would include a complete blood count, thyroid hormone levels, liver and kidney function tests

I hope this helps
