What Causes Fatigue And Constipation With Rectal Bleeding?
I am getting worried for a while now I have had no energy. I am so tired no matter what I do I can't get energized. Then for about two weeks I was constipated when I would poop it would come out in big balls. It finally stopped but now when I poop blood comes out with it. Should I be worried? What should I do?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids. Some advices that I can give to you are: -Add fiber to your diet slowly to avoid problems with gas. Use topical treatments. -Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent. -Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. -Take laxative for the constipation.
Hope my answer was helpful. Kind Regards, Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
