Hello,I am a 32 yr old female. I received a CT scan of neck w contrast due to a swollen lymph node aka palpable mass that has been on my right posterior triangle of my neck for three months. The results say it appears normal but is 3 mm. I also have a likely prominent external jugulr venous structure. My chest has been greatly congested. i have severe fatigue and breast and chest pain for almost a year. ultrasound and mammogram are clear. My head itches constantly. My voice has changed and numerous other symptoms has occurred over a year. Can the swollen lymph node be caused by something in my chest? and the prominent vein? Or can it be lymphoma?
