What Causes Fatigue Along With Runny Nose And Dizziness?

I have flu like symptoms since Monday-feeling lethargic and a slight tickle in my throat. No runny nose or any mucus. I have been a little dizzy and absent minded.I have had an ultrasound & blood tests to indicate a slightly enlarged liver.I had a painful episode under my rib cage & were very similar to a gall bladder attack on Wednesday but think it maybe due to having too many multi vitamins and cold & flu tablets? Are these symptoms similar to Hepititus? Or the makings of Liver disease. My gall bladder was removed 2 years ago.

Hello Dear. One suggestion i would like to give you- do not take any tablets without consulting a doctor. When you go to a doctor tell him/her about your medical history that is about gall bladder removal.

Grade 1 liver enlargement is common in many. Nothing to worry.
You will have to follow some lifestyle tips- avoid alcohol and red meat.

You need to get examined by a physician to see if there is any pathology in the liver. A simple blood test, testing for liver function test will reveal it.
Otherwise just by your symptoms it is difficult to comment about liver disease.

Regarding flu you can take over the counter tablets like D-cold, Sinarest, paracetamol + Cetrizine etc. Add a pinch of salt to hot water and gargle, 2-3 times a day. Thats sufficient.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
