I understand your concern.
What symptoms you are experiencing might be due to decrease in iron content in blood and also associated with
stress. If you take care of these, then you should be able to overcome them.
Kindly get your blood checked for
complete blood count along with peripheral smear. If the report indicates less of
hemoglobin and iron content in blood, you need to supplement iron along with
proteins through diet and medications.
Kindly practice
meditation regularly and do few relaxation exercises so that it will help to decrease stress.
With adopting to above measures, you should be able to overcome the symptoms in about 2 weeks time.
