hi sir good morning.. i am using naxodam 650 for my migraine since 3 years..yesterday i had one tablet n slept..when i woke up today morning swelling present in my face..and it slowly reducing ..could you please tell me what is the cause for that and what i should do if i experience again....

Hi, swelling came because you did not tolerate the Naxodam 650 yesterday because your stomach was probably affected by acidity.
Even if we normally tolerate a medicine, we can get a reaction if we are sufferring from increased acidity at that time. Regards
