What Causes Extreme Pressure Across Both Temples?

Im a 28 yr old female. for the past 9 months i have had lighteheadedness that comes and goes. but lately for the past 3 months i have had extreme pressure on my left and right temple, on the bridge of my nose, behind my ears and behind my head. i wake up feeling very nauseous and week, i wake up tired and lightheaded every morning with that pressure.. i have had so mant exams done. blood work, MRI, CT Scan and everything looks fine, so they say... what is wrong with me? I cant atake this anymore!!! please help!!!

Your symptoms might be due to sinus headache or
Migraine /cluster headache. I suggest you,
1. To take Analgesics like Naproxen /paracetamol & Triptans
2. Relaxation techniques & Stretching exercises.
3. Steam inhalation
4. Local heat on the painfelt areas of head
5. Neck massage
6. Yoga
7. Also plenty of fluid intake
8. Also to have a consultation with an ENT specialist for further evaluation.
