What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Severe Hair Loss, No Appetite And Painful Joints?

In the last couple months or more, Ive had extreme fatigue, severe hair loss, not just the normal like Im use too, even my hair stylist has said washing my hair she showed me almost just chunks of hair coming out. Ive never had that happen. I just have an overall feeling of not being well. My joints constantly are painful, I have no appetite for quite awhile now.

Hi,

Are you under any medications? Is there any changes in your weight? I suggest you to take:

1.T.Paracetamol 650mg 1-1-1 fro 5 days
2.Diclofenac gel for external application
3..Do Complete Blood count test and C reactive protein test and consult your physician to rule out further diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
