What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Excessive Sleepiness And Anxiety During Menstruation?
Hello,
I am a 34 year old woman having excessive cramping and bloating common to my during my mentrual cycle. Also its accompanied by extreme fatigue, sleepiness, anxiety and VERY emotional. This has been going on now for well over a month and im becoming very concerned. My cycles have been pretty normal, maybe heavier bleeding and more cramping. Checking my own symptoms has brought on the possiblities of ovarian cancer, ovarian cyst/mass, ectopic pregnancy (unlikely) and so many others things. I need help please. No insurance and cant afford to go to the dr.

Hi I think these can be premenstrual symptoms also. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of heavy bleeding during periods. You may need some hormonal treatment. Hope it helps.
