Hello, I am a 34 year old woman having excessive cramping and bloating common to my during my mentrual cycle. Also its accompanied by extreme fatigue, sleepiness, anxiety and VERY emotional. This has been going on now for well over a month and im becoming very concerned. My cycles have been pretty normal, maybe heavier bleeding and more cramping. Checking my own symptoms has brought on the possiblities of ovarian cancer, ovarian cyst/mass, ectopic pregnancy (unlikely) and so many others things. I need help please. No insurance and cant afford to go to the dr. Thank You

My husband had a stem cell transplant in early 2014. Has seemed fine and in remission since then. For the past three days he is feeling extreme fatigue, just feels wiped out, sleeping a LOT. No fever. Should we be contacting his cancer doctor immediately? I tend to panic when anything unusual happens. He is 71 years old.
