What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Pain In The Arms And Legs?

I have noticed lately that I am truly exhausted, some days to the point I cannot keep my eyes open, I am not working any harder in fact I have slowed down a lot. I have pain in my arms and legs, muscles mostly, some cramping in my calves. I am extremely thirsty most of the time, sometimes do bad I get cotton mouth between gulps of water. I have never been a huge soda drinker, but I want soda more and more. I have trouble focusing on my work, as I am nearly dozing off at my desk. My eyesight is not the same, as if I cannot focus on things near to me. I feel out of my head at times and a tad confused. I have also noticed that my urine is very sticky, and sweet smelling at times. Most of the symptoms have been in the past few weeks, the fatigue and pain over the past few months to a year.

Hi,

Fatigue is a feeling of tiredness, exhaustion, or lack of energy. You may feel mildly fatigued because of overwork, poor sleep, worry, boredom, or lack of exercise.

Any illness, such as a cold or the flu, may cause fatigue, which usually goes away as the illness clears up. Most of the time, mild fatigue occurs with a health problem that will improve with home treatment and does not require a visit to a doctor.

A stressful emotional situation may also cause fatigue. This type of fatigue usually clears up when the stress is relieved. Many prescription and non-prescription medicines can cause weakness or fatigue. The use of alcohol, caffeine, or illegal drugs can cause fatigue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
