General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The headache, muscle pain are symptoms of viral infection. So you can investigate him with full CBC to check for presence of lymphocytosis.

Paracetamol can be prescribed SOS for his symptoms.

If fatigue is since long time than I suggest him investigate with sgpt, sgot estimation, urea, creatinine estimation, serum calcium estimation, hemoglobin estimation, serum TSH estimation for primary work up.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
