What Causes Extreme Cold And Dizziness In An Elderly Person?

After sleeping for almost 8 hrs, i had breakfast and then slept almost another 10 hrs. I m 66 years old and take medication for high blood pressure. I felt extremely cold, couldn t get warm even with 2 shirts and under a comforter... The house temp is 75 and I live in Tampa, FL. My head is stuffy and I have been slightly dizzy as well.

The situation it might be a flu with fever. Just measure the temperature and see the value. Try not to sleep so much during the day and to have an activity. You can take painkillers during these days.
