General & Family Physician 's  Response
As per your history is concerned he has sweating, nausea and breathing problem ,there are lots of causes responsible for such a symptoms to appear first ruled out heart and lungs origin for which you have already done ECG .It is good but do one ECHO test also.secondly do full blood count with differential which will ruled out common disorders.Do one ultrasound to ruled out any stone present in gall bladder or kidney. That also you have done.check his Hemoglobin level to ruled out any anemia present or not. Also check fasting sugar level and TSH level.(Thanks)
