Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi

Welcome to the HCM

I completely understand your concerns but don't worry. The symptoms are most likely due to viral illness which improves within a few days. It needs good hydration, diet, symptomatic treatment and rest.

But if the infant seems to be very lethargic and oral acceptance is markedly reduced then do go for a proper clinical examination by a pediatrician to rule out other illnesses such as meningitis which can occur as a rare complication of vaccination.

Hopefully this will be of help.
Take care
