Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It appears to be night sweats.
2. Sweaty neck along with drenching of clothes is commonly seen.
3. Commonly associated with premenstrual symptoms, however, it can also be associated with many types of cancers, like lymphomas.
4. Have good hydration and meet your doctor at the earliest for further evaluation of lymphnodes, if necessary and endoscopy of upper and lower GI tract.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
