I'm 36, work out 4-5 days a week 2 hrs a day weight training and cardio. I eat healthy, take a daily vitamin, fish oil and glucosamine. I'm a stay at home mom w/ 2 kids 5 and 7 yrs old, help my husband run our business, keep up a huge house and 10 acres on my own. I'm 5'7 135 lbs guess, I dont weigh myself, but I am a size 6. Anyhow, In the last 6 mo. I have lost half my hair...I had massively thick hair. I know stress is probably a contributing factor but i do take oxielite pro before I go to the gym just one pill a day..could this be a contributing factor?
