What Causes Excessive Discharge Even After Taking Medications?

hi, ive been experiencing excessive discharge and was prescribed doxycycline and metradozole which i took for a week. i have completed the course but still experiencing excessive discharge. i have not been sexually active ever since i started and completed the medication. please shed some light as to why the medication did not assist.

Hi,

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection doing a panel of sexually transmitted infection tests can help diagnose. Excessive discharge can be due to fungal infection/gonorrhea.
