General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It might be pathological as happens in diabetes when it does not get engorged. It might be psychogenic where due to anxiety, depression or preoccupied overthinking, there are no signals from brain for erection. In psychogenic, there are no pathology associated. Take weekly vitamin supplementation (neuro D3), take Neurokind Forte (B12) and psychological counselling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh,
