What Causes Episodes Of Dizziness, Severe Sweating And Pounding Sensation In Head?

I ve had at least five of these spells in two years the last one I sneezed then my head gets full like slightly pounding,slightly dizzy,sweating profusely chest feels like its rising up and down I start pooping I have to lay down I need cold air onme then I get the sweats when I start to feel alittle better

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have episodes of dizziness, severe sweating and pounding sensation in head . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like vertigo , sinusitis , ear infection , or sometimes body give such symptoms before heart attack . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan for sinusitis , posturography , rotatory chair test , examination with otoscope and blood test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( gentamicin ) , antiemetic drug , and anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist if he/she find roblem to be related to heart . For now take proper rest , avoid bending forward and do not exert your body .
