Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that there can be nerve compression in the cervical spine. It is causing acute episodes. I would suggest you following.
1.Get x ray of the spine and if there is reduction of the disc space. If yes then you will need physiotherapy.
2.Intermittent cervical traction exercises.
3.Tablet Pregabalin M one at night time.
4.Soft cervical cooler can be worn.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
