What Causes Enlarged Scrotum?

Today I just found out that my scrotum sort of expanded. I think that the size of my testicles is OK, I feel absolutely no pain, but the enlarged scrotum worries me. It seems like I have too much skin down there and just the day before it was all all right. I don't use any hormones, steroids, I'm not a "bodybuilder" or anyone like that. I am 21 years old and single.
