Hi welcome to the health care magic

I can understand your concern

Following can be causes for mild elevation of liver enzymes.....
-Obesity induced fatty liver
-NAHS
-alcohol liver disease
-Drug induced
-Gall stone
-hbsag positive

In your case reason seems to be drug induce elevation of liver enzymes

The prescribed drug for high cholesterol can lead liver enzymes elevation in few patient

So if needed dose can be adjusted accordingly and regular monitoring of liver profile needed

USG abdomen also can be done in your case to exclude fatty liver

Hope I have solved your query

Take care
