What Causes Elevated Liver Enzyme Levels In A Child?

My grandson s liver enzymes are ~2x normal. He is 16 years old. He had a hit to his head (baseball) about 6 months ago. Suddenly, he was sick to his stomach a few nights ago. Then he started to feel very anxious about things. Are these related and what does it mean?
