Hello and welcome to HCM,
Derrangement of liver function tests occurs during pregnancy.
Cholestasis of pregnancy is a common cause of pregnancy related derrangement of liver tests.
I would suggest you to get total, direct and indirect bilirubin test done.
Elevated levels of bilirubin occur in cholestasis of pregnancy.
Elevated SGPT levels suggests ongoing damage to the liver cells.
Cholestasis can be the cause of liver cell injury.
In case the bilirubin level comes out to be elevated, drugs to eliminate bilirubin from body will be performed.

Thanks and take care
