Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Since you already had a course of antibiotics, please do not worry. Just take paracetamol 500 mg three to four times daily along with Cetirizine 10 mg once in night for 5 to 7 days. Take steam inhalations frequently to alleviate your symptoms. Giddiness should improve with improvement of general condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
