What Causes Ear Discharge And Congestion?

Ears leaking & congestion.
I am a 28 year old female. I am 5'8", 140 lbs. I take zoloft, klonipin, dexilant and/prevacid, zantac and amitiza.
For about 10-15 years every time I cry or my eyes tear I can feel a decent amount of clear, watery fluid leaks from my ears and nose. I saw an ENT about eight years ago. I was told that it is liquid ear wax which is common in northern Europeans. I don't see how I would suddenly produce a lot of ear wax when my eyes water. No one else in my family has this problems. And very occasionally I have small bits of orange wax in my ears.
I frequently get congested, especially when lying down or crying. I frequently suffer a lot of jaw discomfort. I have a lot of post nasal drip, which frequently results in dry heaving and vomiting. I am seeing a gastroenterologist and am waiting for the biopsy results of my endoscopy. I do smoke about 10-15 cigarettes a day. I persistently headaches, nausea, stomach pains, low energy, chronic ideopathic constipation with ibs, clumsiness, light-headedness and a stiff neck. I also suffer with anxiety and some depression (caused mostly by not feeling well). I want to know what is going on with me. I want to feel healthy again.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, You r issues prompt to undergo proper ENT evaluation, clinical, radiological , diagnostic nasal endoscopy, Otoscopy, CT para nasal sinuses.
You please stop smoking if you really want to feel healthy. Smoking affects the mucociliary performance of respiratory tract. The patency of the Eustachian tube has to be checked. Very occassionally Trigeminal nerve study may be required. You talk to ENT Dr. If you stopped smoking i will be the happiest dr in this forum. Take care
