What Causes Dull Ache Between Scrotum And Anus?

I have a dull ache between my scrotum and anus. I have no issue with urinating, ejaculating or any pain directly in the testis. It is not painful but noticeable. It is noticeable if I am 'backed up' or prior to emptying my bowels.
I am planning to get to my local GP next week. Should I expedite this consultation?

Respected user, hi its nerve ending pain in relation to perineal nerves.
*May be associated with bowel movements compression or prostatic issue
with normal urinating & ejaculating , developing local issue as
inflammation .
*Maintain to have smooth bowel movements , can take analgesics
temporarily, don`t withheld urination for long time
otherwise no need to expedite the consultation.
