Hi, I have a problem with my inner thigh, it dry, flaky and peels off without a sore or anythin, it doesn t itch or smell. Just dry, flaky, whitish and peels. What can I use or do... I have tried mycoten cream it looked like it was working but when I stopped it... It appeared. Help pls
