Rash on the skin folds may be due to fungal infection or heat rash or allergic reaction etc. Make the place dry, and maintain good hygiene , avoid skin irritants application. Use moisturizer cream locally, Take zinc contain multivitamin tablet, if symptoms not improved please consult your dermatologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
