What Causes Dry Reddish Patches On The Legs?
Hi,
I have about 6 patches of what appears looks like dry skin on my shins and ankle. These are slightly red, flat, oval-ish patches that don't really feel dry to the touch, do not itch or burn. They just look really dry and moisturizers don't seem to help. Any ideas?
