It is difficult to know what it is without being able to see it. However, it is common to have something called Montgomery's Glands that could be what you have. However, there are many other possibilities as well. It could be a cyst, a fibroadenoma, a lipoma, or many other things that could represent as a lump on the nipple. usually your doctor will know right away what it is on examination. I would recommend that you see your doctor so that he/she can figure out what is going on. I hope this was helpful to you, please let me know if you have any further questions.
