What Causes Drug Screen Results To Show Presence Of Methadone?
Yes, thanks. My brother went for a drug screen at a lab for a job interview and it said he tested positive for methadone. He does not do any drugs, but does take quite a few medicines for general aches and pains. What would make this a positive screen?

it generally reduces withdrawl symptoms in persons taking narcotic medication...
it is also popular drug for chronic pain as an analgesic ...
But it has an abusive potential...chronic use of analgesic medication might have been the reason for methadone detection positive ....
