What Causes Dizzy Spells And Pressure On Eyes?
i have been having dizzy spells that seem to calm down when i eat, i have also noticed a pressure feeling in my eyes and that my heart beat is slower than normal and more irregular, i also feel i have brain fog, finding it hard to concentrate and feeling tired iam a smoker female 39 bmi 37 and a frequent drinker of red wine.

hello, thanks for your query,dizziness could be due to eye( errors of refraction) cervical spine( spondylitis) ear( bppv, meniers disease, vestibular neuronitis). any fluctuations in Bp, any fluctuation in blood sugar or electrolyte disturbances.kindly evaluate with blood tests, ent examination to rule out d cause, hope I have answered ur query, all d best, take care.
