What Causes Dizziness, pain In Liver And High BP?

My mother is 69 years old is has been feeling very weak for the past 4-5 days. Her symptoms include headaches (severe but not continuous), nausea followed by vomitting, dizziness and pain in the liver area. This morning she fainted for 3-4 minutes.
She is taking medication against high blood pressure for some 10 years now and she has a tendency for occassionaly high blood sugar values. She is not overweight though and she takes much care of her diet.

I'd appreciate some answers as to what the diagnosis could be.
Many thanks in advance!

She might be having some kind of infection, liver, or gallbladder problem. The fact that she fainted for 3 to 4 minutes along with the other symptoms is of concern. It suggests something serious may be going on. Unfortunately the symptoms are nonspecific, which means that further testing needs to be done to figure out exactly what's going on. I suggest you take her to urgent or emergency care and get her evaluated promptly. She could be dehydrated and having a low blood pressure at this point, which could explain the fainting. I am also concerned about the severe headaches and possibility of a stroke. Have her seen by a doctor right away. Hope this helps.
