What Causes Dizziness?

I'm 30 5ft 5in tall weigh 110. This morning I was coming down the stairs and I felt dizzy. I then went to get something sweet to drink where I notice the place was getting dark. After drinking something sweet I felt revive. The dizzy feeling continues, what is the reason for this to happen?

hai,
As per your complaint it seems to be low level of glucose (hypoglycemia).
from your history of taking some sweet drink altering your status may confirm the low glucose level.
in other condition like orthostatic hypo tension ( sudden postural variation) may also lead to dizziness, vertigo and other systemic abnormalities also dizziness will occur.
if you are experiencing first time, check your blood sugar level.

as your BMI (body mass index)says you are obese. kindly consult a general physician to rule out the cause behind the dizziness episode.

thank you
hope i answered your query
