Hello, I can understand your concern. As you have been through a major surgery just a month ago, you must be feeling little weakness due to blood loss and all the toll surgery has taken on you. In addition, you must be taking lots of painkillers and antibiotics that can cause lightheadedness and dizziness. You should take rest and have carbohydrate and energy-rich diet. Keep your fluid intake high. If this does not work, you can talk with your surgeon regarding medicines you are given and ask if any of them can cause such symptoms and can be controlled by reducing dose or changing the molecule.
