What Causes Dizziness While On Restricted Diet For High BP?
Hello, I am a bit concerned because I have been feeling dizziness, and jittery body. I am walking and watching my diet since I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Although I am not taking medication for that since I was able to bring it down in a couple of days.

Dizziness is due to fluids and electrolytes loss while dieting to bring blood pressure back to normal again.
Check blood electrolytes , sugar levels and complete blood count to rule out related imbalance and anemia respectively.
Have your meals regularly, do not skip them. Keep well hydrated.
