What Causes Dizziness While On Zoloft, Seroquel, Prazosin And Erythromycin?

So I m 18 female who s on a couple different medications including reglan Zoloft seraquel prazosin erythromycin. Ive been super tired lately, my muscles all hurt it feels like there cramping up and my joints hurt. I m nauseous all the time but I also have gastroparesis. And for the past month ive been getting really dizzy and ive noticed its happening more and more.

Hello,

Erythromycin interacts with all of them to lower the liver metabolism of them and they build up. Basically, the erythromycin makes it like you are doubling up on the others. Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, the drug dosing is temporarily adjusted on erythromycin.Without an exam, I can only give general information and cannot directly advise, treat, prescribe or recommend adjustments.
