Hi, I have been extremely dizzy to the point where I black out. I tend to hold something to keep me from falling and have to concentrate on not being so dizzy anymore. I also have sensitivity to when I see bright things. And when i concentrate , look down or look at something for to long thats bright that when I get dizzy.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Dizziness triggered by certain head positions is mostly linked to inner ear dysfunction, such in cases of benign positional paroxysmal vertigo, Ménière's disease, but, since there's a triggering by the bright light, migraine should be considered too. Discuss with your Doctor about these issues and treatment possibilities.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
