Causes of dizziness, vomiting, sweating, and fainting are :
1. Hypovolemia
2. Anemia
3. Hypotension
4. Stomach infection
5. Hypoglycemia
6. Hot environment
7. Dehydration

Kindly do complete blood count, CT scan brain, blood sugar level, and blood pressure monitoring. Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Kindly follow with reports or consult with a physician.
