Hi, I have gone through your question. Rubella is a viral infection which has symptoms of fever and rash. If it occurs in pregnancy, it causes adverse effects on the foetus. It is diagnosed by antibody testing, which consists of IgG and IgM. One is said To have active infection when IgM is positive.
When only IgG is positive, it means that the person is immune to rubella.
Since your IgG is positive and IgM is negative, you are immune to rubella and require no further treatment. More, rubella is never a cause for bleeding in pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
