What Causes Dizziness, Nauseous, Pounding In Head, Headache After Hurting Head?

I was at a party last Saturday and a fight broke out between some boys and it caused a huge riot. Trying to set my friend out of the situation I got punched in the jaw, after the hit I fell and hit my head against a speaker. I really didn t think anything of it and felt fine, the only thing was my jaw that was swollen and kind of hurt, but that was taken care of. A while a go I decided to go to the gym as I usually do during weekdays and after a short 25 of biking I got off and immediately felt terrible. My head was pounding, I was dizzy, nauseous, I lost balance a couple of times, I just felt out of it. I left my workout cause I could not keep going and went to eat thinking it might have been that, but even after I are I still had dizziness and headache and nausea. My friend suggested that I have a concussion from the hit or fall. I m quite healthy the only condition I have is ADHD for which I am medicated with concerta. The pill has sometimes given me headaches and it does take away my appetite but it has never made me feel like this. I take this pill everyday I could tell it was different. I just want to know what could possibly be.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having dizziness, nausea, headache following injury in a fight.
The symptoms you have mentioned like dizziness, nausea, headache indicate head injury indicate concussion injury. Hence this requires examination by a physician to rule out head injury.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
