General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Pain in the joints can be due to sprains, bursitis, OA, RA, gout, etc. Get blood tests (CRP, anti-CCP, ESR, ANA, RF, Uric acid, etc) and X-ray done. You can take analgesics and NSAIDS for relief. Do not lead sedentary life, take the help of a physiotherapist so that you can start stretching exercises and mobility is not restricted. Include anti-inflammatory food in your daily diet. To reduce weight avoid taking carbohydrate, sugar, oily- fatty food, trans fat, cheese, full fat milk, etc. Avoid red meat, take more of veggies, fruits and whole cereals.

Avoid stress and addictions if any. Dizziness may be caused due medical conditions like vertigo, dehydration, low blood glucose, low or high BP, anemia etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined and treated at the earliest. Maintain your vitals and blood glucose level at all cost. Stay hydrated, avoid stress & take adequate sleep. Take home made, healthy nutritious food.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
