What Causes Dizziness, Headaches, Pressure In Ears And Jaw Pain?

Hi! I banged my head 4 weeks ago but did not lose consciousness. I have been experiencing a bit of dizzyness and headaches but not too bad. About 3 days ago this got worse and I have felt a bit sick, had a feeeling of spinning even when lay down (is this virtigo?) and have a feeling of pressure in my ears and my jaw is hurting. My arms are also aching. I spent 2 days in bed, with tiredness. Could all this be related or just some kind of coincidental bug or infection?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to benign paroxismal vertigo.
I suggest using Meclizine hydrochloride three times a day.
I also suggest to avoid salt in the diet.
If the symptoms continue, you should see a ENT specialist for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
