I have long periods of dizziness I ve been seen by an audiologist neurologist and ent and all they say is to do these exercises for vertigo. Now my face is swelling and the dizziness is getting worse and I need to know my next step into getting better because now my mental health I at stake

I really need to know which part of the face is swollen or it is generalized. See, it could be a sinus pathology, which is also affecting the inner ear. Hence, you can consult an ENT specialist. Since you have positional vertigo, it can be corrected with Epley's manoeuvre and if there is an infectious pathology, we need to treat that first.
