General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic

You have sudden dizziness for the first time...

Stomach discomfort was present, so could be viral gastritis like infection...

Your blood pressure and blood sugar level should be checked as it is very commonly associated with dizziness...
Hypotension and hypoglycemia if present corrected accordingly....

If your dizziness problem continue than ontological examination might needed to rule out ontological causes...

CBC along with peripheral smear examination done to rule out anemia

Consult physician for your examination

Take care
