Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Sinus infection may cause headache and ear blocks which lead to vertigo and giddiness.

Avoid cool drinks and frozen water, avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Sinarest.

Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your ENT specialist. He will do endoscopy and plan to drain sinuses acutely to relieve pain.

Take care.
