What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After Head Injury?

In September of this year, I fell from a bike and hit my head. Hit my left side of forehead, had some abrasions/bruising on face and cracked some of my front teeth. Hubby took me to the ER. All blood/X-rays/scans, negative. I m 57 years old. No health problems or do i take any medications. About a week or more after been experiencing dizziness when arising, nausea thought out the day, (no vomiting) hardly an appetite and just not feeling like my old self. WHAT IS WRONG, HELP?
